We Giants fans get stuck with the hardest schedule in the league now for the 2nd year running.
As far as win-loss over the year, the G-men had the toughest accumulated opponent's in the league last year. And that is tough to do giving them only 7 wins as opposed to the Colts who lost 14 games, if you think about it.
Yeah, it's a joke. I mean, every playoff team was scheduled against the Giants.

Legitimate possibility the Giants can repeat unless Fewell tries to revolution the defense again without having people buy in.
It's not coincidental that we saw the defense play MUCH better after PF simplified his complicated scheme. Maybe with a full training camp he can get it going, because in theory it is a very interesting way of playing defense, but there's no reason not to play with what works right now. As long as Hakeem doesn't go nuts and shoot himself in the dick, this season will be very interesting.
Not expecting a repeat. Obviously you want your team win every year, but realistically the odds are more likely that they won't, and sometimes you just have to accept that. I'm just so grateful I was able to live through 2007 and 2011.
With Manningham gone, who will play as the 3rd receiver? Given that and Ballard on the PUP, I really don't know what to think about this offense at the moment.

We will plug whoever into the 3rd role and Manning will make him productive, just look at Steve Smith and Cruz. Pretty much the same with TE, although I do like the Bennett guy we got from Dallas. He hasn't lived up to expectations so far, but the kid is a beast and I am hoping we can get him to commit to NYG football.
Just by looking what Eli did with some of these WR's, and TE's like Boss and Ballard, I will never be worried with who we put out there.
BTW, as of now I expect the 3rd WR to be Jernigan.
I'm 99% sure Hixon will win the 3rd receiver job barring another injury. In 2008 he actually stepped up in Burress's absence and became the NYG deep threat for a spell.
Between Nicks, Cruz, Hixon, Barden, Jernigan,, we have enough guys to play different roles.

Yeah, I really want it to be Hixon but the guy just can't catch a break. Hoping for a healthy season from him.

Not sure how I feel about Goff not being signed yet. I like Herzlich and Jones and with Boley healthy I think they will be fine.
They need to draft a running back for sure. Not in love with Scott or Brown.
And I forgot about Barden, hope he can come in an grab that WR spot. He is a big body that could be very effective for us if it all comes together.
