Agreed, i mean he used his size really well just moments before, stripping the puck from Gagner I think. Then the play comes the other way and he gets completely undressed because he won't ****ing hit!

It's also knowing your opponent. Hedman has to know that's the way Hemsky plays. Do what Hedman did and he'll stick handle around it so you have to play the body against him.

Suter yes! Just not sure Hedman is a top pairing guy. No hitting very little offense not an accurate shooter. His nickname should probably be Buttercup not Hedmonster.

We're seeing flashes of top-pairing defenseman, but the whole package isn't there yet on a day-by-day basis. Hitting needs work though, no argument about that.

It's not just that he doesn't hit. He can't hit if you've ever seen him give it a shot. Something so basic and essential (especially for defensemen) and yet apparently missing from his repertoire.

Exactly how many penalties did the Oilers get away with this period?

Totally agree, I have been saying it all season. I just don't buy into the hype on this guy. Maybe we shoud have used the pick on Tavares heh.

Well your health is in luck.

Even in MTL, there's a few opposing fans.

Wonder if there'll be any response about Marty getting barreled into a couple times this game.
