Best NHL Feeder Schools

Just wondering what you guys thought were the best NCAA schools in terms of producing NHL talent.

Michigan is very good as is BU and North Dakota, while Cornell is underrated, with Colin Greening and Matt Moulson as good players recently.

Whereas I have been very wary of BC's talent production

Why? They've produced some very good NHL talent over the last ten years. Brian Gionta, Brian Boyle, Cory Schneider, Nathan Gerbe, Andrew Albert and Patrick Eaves are among the former Eagles that are currently playing in the NHL. They also have excellent one waiting in the wings in Chris Kreider as well.

In answer to your original question, I would put BC in that group. I would also add Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maine, and more recently, Miami as well.

I agree with Oilers Chick, adding those schools the those of the original poster makes a pretty solid list: BU, BC, Cornell, Maine, Miami, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin

north dakota as the list will continue to grow at a higher end rate over the next 3-4 years imo.

I have to go with MN and WI as a tie then Nodak a clear 3rd.

NoDak has Parise and Toews as the best two from any school. Then Oshie Zajac, Porter and Stafford. Lee and Greene on D as regulars. 8 regs this year.

WI has Heatley, Pavelski, Bourque, Burrish, Turris, Skille, Dowell? and Smith. On D Suter, Gilbert, McDonaugh, McBain, Winchester and Gardiner. Elliot in net 13 regs

MN. Kessel, Vanek, Wheeler and Okposo. On D Erik Johnson, Paul Martin, Goligoski, Leddy, Leopold, Ballard, Bickel. 11 regs
