Former King = Canada Killer?

Paul DiPietro has both goals for Switzerland as they lead Canada 2-0 with 8 minutes gone in the 3rd period.

DiPietro played 6 games for the Kings in 1996/7

Interesting that DiPietro is playing for Switzerland considering that he was born in Ontario and played for the Canadian National team in 1999/2000

Conne also played a fantastic game. Very strong on the penalty kill. He got bertuzzied in the third.

Di Pietro scored 2 goals against the Kings in game5 of the 1993 Stanley Cup Finals...he's more a Kings killer than a former King.

I don't like Switzerland, but I must admit they did something amazing today.
Hats off to them.
