Or was it a noun?

Or adverb?

This is a big game for Joe B. I think there's two pairs of siblings facing each other.

Schultz was traded to EDM, and Backstrom won't be in the lineup for us... what other non-relations are there?

I'm sure he'll be able to work in a few mentions of both the Schultz trade and Backstrom's status and go from there.

Stupid Gilbert trade. Oh well, Johan Gustaffson is a Wild prospect. And by the looks of it, I'd say he's related to both Bengt and Anton.

If someone is up to the challenge of photo shopping Uncle Teddy's and DFH's faces on this picture I know I would get a pretty good laugh out of it.

1. Who is goalie today? Going w/ Holtby in such a key game makes me nervous.

2. Laich better freaking show up and redeem himself.

3. I am too nervous to watch the game.

4. I can't believe OTT pounded PIT last night. Of all the teams to finally deal the Pens a regulation defeat. Damn. I was hoping OTT was in even free-er freefall than we were. I guess Caps will have to earn this thing after all, instead of backing in along trail of loser points.

5. I am still in a funk over that collapse via Jets. Even if we do miraculously jump out to a 2- or 3-goal lead today, there is going to be the lurking doubt and panic. Plus the question of whether Hunter learns from his mistake.

6. The only halfway enjoyable sidelight to this game for me is whether #8 continues his torrid scoring streak.

Are we at the point where we actually root for the Caps to be down a goal entering the third period so they will try and attack for the last 20 minutes?

In hindsight, I wish we had sent out PK unit in 3rd period versus Jets, plus Ovie or Semin parked on Jets' blueline, and just approach it as long PK, with 8/28 waiting for the clearing pass.

I bet we would have gotten our 4th goal before they got their 2nd.

Then again, Hunter may know more about hockey than I do. Even though it hasn't seemed like it lately.

Glad to see Orlov back in there but I am not a fan of the 7 D lineup.
