And we just took a penalty.

Oh goodie. Right back on the Pee Kay.

Cmon Caps, score like 3 in a row so I can switch to the Gopher/Sioux game in a few minutes.

Oh yeah? A ****ing penalty for a perfectly fine hockey play? Yeah, sure, it's not like we're struggling enough, GIVE THE WILD ANOTHER PENALTY. How about something like, "not skating a turd on skates with number 8, 2 minutes, unsportsmanlike conduct"? Or how about, "not being full of overpaid Russians"-penalty? How does that sound?

NHL should just suspend all of our players, the whole team actually. Reason? Too dangerous for their own players. I wouldn't be surprised. No suspension for that ****ing dirty elbow against Spurgeon, but sure, suspend and penalize all our guys for doing nothing. **** you refs. **** you Brendan Shanahan.

Okay how about this? If we win this one you have to win three. Deal? Deal.

The outcome of this game hinges almost entirely on how much the Capitals want to win.

I also hope the All-Star gets some goals, though.

Now time to flip between this and the Gopher game...glad I have ESPNU but it's so preposterous that it's not on at least espn2.

Agreed. If the Caps want to win, they'll likely win... but you never know.

We're leading in shots - 9 to 6.

Foster leads the team with 2 SOG.

Must say, I love our play so far apart from that... unfortunate start.

I mean, honestly, we are outplaying the Caps. Not out-deking, not out-shooting, not out-skilling, merely outplaying.

And that's awesome. Suck it Ovechkin. Move back to Russia, you don't belong in the NHL you lazy, ego-filled piece of ****. Actually, don't. I could smell you from Russia.

Colton Gillies was one of the few to have an even +/- during the Oilers/Blue Jackets game where Edmonton scored 6 goals.

Somehow he also managed to get no points, either.
