Weight is the only assistant coach in the NHL that I have seen get direct explanation from a ref. shouldn't they have to address the head coach not an assta

If we can start Nabokov for the majority of the games next season instead of HORRIBLE Al Montoya, then the Isles could potentially contend for a playoff spot (with the addition of maybe a couple nice players on defense)
