I remember that series well, lindros annihilated both Petit and Ulanov towards the end of the deciding game, he'd taken their crap all series and now it was payback time. Lindros was just a force of nature, never seen anyone close.
I know Bryz is thriving as a workhorse but was really hoping for Bob to start this one. Give Bob some ice time just in case something happens to Bryz he's not completely rusty.
If Laviolette decides to play Bobrovsky one of the next three games, after tonight, he has a couple of options:
1. Play Bobrovsky at Toronto Thursday and give Bryzgalov both games over the weekend against two better teams in Ottawa and Pittsburgh. However, that would mean four days off in succession for Bryzgalov (Tue, Wedn, Thur, Frid).
2. Play Bobrovsky vs. Ottawa Saturday afternoon perhaps sending an added message to the team to concentrate because of the afternoon struggles.
