One thing is for sure, you don't find out who you are by winning. That is determined when losing. The strong survive, the weak collapse.

The strong RESPOND. We'll see how that goes Wednesday night. We already know the answer.

You should have gone; the Sabres played a great game beating the best. Have you ever been to a game in Philly or Boston? If those fans where within 5 hours from Nationwide you would think the Sabre fans were kittens. It's a tough world outside the comforts of Nationwide, your perception is based on a few fans that go on road trips to party, you know, the same type of fans that burn couches near the Horse Shoe after a defeat, not representative of the fan population.

If you would go to a Jacket game in Philly with your sweater on and the Flyers lost you would be lucky to get to your hotel alive... You better stick to Jacket games in Nationwide.

At MY school, the frat boys burn couches when we win... or when daylight savings time changes... or when it's Friday.

Go to Philly sporting your Jacket sweater I recommend being nice, one misguided comment and they may burn your sweater! Jeez, Sabre fans are baby kittys compared to some from 0-6 teams... Buffalo road fans and home fans are two different breeds... trust me.

No, no, creating 31st place is more of an administrative, non-hockey operations job. Priest would head up that effort, not Howson. And I am sure he would be marvelous in that role.

So was the game as big of a slaughter as indicated by the score?

Tonight was a prime example of the best and the worst run franchises in the NHL. I believe that makes 21 straight seasons the Red Wings have made the playoffs. Kudos to them. And we witnessed the delusion in Columbus that we have NHL talent on our roster. Nothing but a bunch of AHl'rs and waiver wire pickups. They are the joke of the NHL.

That's so gross.

Not the ice cream, the fact that your thumb hyperextends at the middle joint. That creeps me out for some reason.

(My wife's thumbs do the same thing, so I remind her of this constantly)

Finally, when Pete jumped on board I knew we had the heart of the fan base upset...

Gotta get new mgt, I hate to this but I'm now thinking we need new ownership as much or more than new mgt. Something needs to change, soon.

If you can believe this, it was actually worse. 4-0 less than 10 minutes into the game.

If you want change, then everyone had better get on their knees and supplicate their chosen deity that I win the Mega Millions tomorrow night.

With the winnings, I'm still not sure whether I'd buy the team or buy Value City Arena for the purpose of bulldozing it.

No, my thumb is naturally shaped that way.
