Well he will probably play Columbus on the back-to-back. And if we clinch before the last game I see him playing the Canes last game of the regular season.

Please win this game.

I'm expecting a 3 pointer between Wash and Buff, so this 2 points is absolutely crucial.

I think Clemmenson is very capable of winning against Montreal. It just sucks we have a back to back coming up.
Who cares! Start em. The man in my avatar tore down that holy church earlier this year You playin' scared! That's why they are the pro's.

If there was ever a time for Theodore to shut up the bell center, Tommorow is the time. Then I want to see him show up another former team in Minnesota.

I wish the Panthers a win. You've been so close to a playoffs spot the last years.

As for the habs, a loss would be good for the tank.

A huge game tonight. The key to beating "nothing to play for" teams is to get the lead early, preferably 2 + goals, as they will not kill themselves to come back. Panthers go up 2-0 in the first and its game over.

The problem with this is we haven't been able to score since Boston. Please hit the net and score some goals!

There are teams out there like the caps, who have too much talent to be fighting for a spot. They should be better. In my mind they failed and don't deserve to make the playoffs at all.

You are a team whose expectations were low, but you started strong. Panthers fans deserve to witness some playoffs hockey. Your team is on my list of teams I will cheer for (along with the preds and blues).

Clemmensen first off the ice...

Dineen said Clemmer will get a start this week, wont confirm it is tonight

via GR!!

Jose's red-hot but 2-2-1, 4.62 GAA, .861 SV% in 6 games vs. MTL. Clem is 5-0-0, 1.65 GAA, .942 SV% in his 6

If Clemmer plays tonight, he's getting 2 starts this week; there's no way Theodore is going to play 3 games in 4 nights, Thursday-Sunday. Actually more like 3 games in 3.5 days since the Detroit game is a 4 o'clock game on Sunday.

Yeah, it may look like that..But I would start him in Columbus and give Theodore at least the games in Minny and Detroit.

I know we have a game in hand but this feels like an absolute MUST WIN game. If we lose and the Caps win tonight they are going to feel pretty embolded to catch us. We need to take care of business tonight.

LETS GO PANTHERS!!!

after that game columbus played vs detroit... i know were not detroit but to not win against them would be a joke.

As for tonight... If we play our game.. play hard.. we got this.. Why not put versteeg back up with the top line. see if you can generate some magic against these lower teams.

These are the games where you either squash the caps' spirit or you fuel their confidence. Nothing in between. OT/SO loss is morale boosting for the enemy.

Actually the Habs hate Bos and Buf way more, so they could start their 3rd string goalie just for kicks
