Does anyone here Follow K-1? My uncle teaches Kyokushin Karate to Kristof Midoux... and I know he fights in K-1 and was wondering if he still does? Just found out that George St-Pierre considers him as one of his 1st mentors... pretty cool to find out my uncle is the one that showed him the ropes!!
Just a heads up for any degenerate gamblers in here, Bodog is currently listing Banuelos and Abel Cullum as pretty decent paying under-dogs. I wouldn't be surprised in the least to see these guys both get wins in the opening round of the Dream tourney.

Cullum is probably in tough... I haven't seen Abel fight a lot but I remember his fights in the last DREAM GP were exciting because there was a lot of scrambly grappling and near submissions... that's not really a game you want to play with Imanari.
But yeah Banuelos as an underdog to Tokoro seems weird, I would consider him as the favourite in that fight.
This is actually a pretty solid card -- live on HDNet tonight, if I'm not mistaken!
It's a really solid card for sure, I'm really looking forward to seeing how Krusher looks at 145 (I thought he'd have to cut a leg off to make that weight).
I've only watched Cullum fight 5 times but I've never been overly impressed with Imanari, I don't think he can submit Cullum which is why I was leaning Cullums' way. Tokoro has no right being listed as a favorite in that fight, Banuelos is a much better fighter than he, IMO.
In other news looks like Rogers is dropping HDnet from its lineup, really sucks horrible timing (just like bell last year) with K1 and NYE coming up in December. Does anyone know if there is any other provider in Ontario that carries Hdnet?
"I’m sorry I couldn’t get the win for you guys tonight. Marius was covered in vaseline, he knew the only way to beat me was to cheat. Unfortunately I let that go to my head and suffered an early stoppage. We are going to file a protest with the commission tomorrow. I did not deserve to lose that fight."
Impressive win by the Korean fighter, Ishida is no joke. Checked his record and he's 8-1 now (with the only loss being by split decision) so he could be a guy to watch.
