I disagree as well. You sure can teach full body strength and core strength. More of our players need that.

i disagree,

as a hockey player my wrist shots (and slapshots) were absolutely terrible, i didnt have the strength in my body to put that extra whip on my shots ...

i have improved by A LOT and am now probably [one of] the best snipers in my league.

i've always been good at throwing hits, and boardplay so i cant really comment on that

The team is obvious lacking some push because of their post ASG slide... But also they're still adjusting to playing a more defense oriented game while trying to produce offense

Anyways, who is to complain right now? It helps the tank to lose this game, a win wouldn't piss me off but I wouldn't be thrilled either.

Gus sucks. Get over it. At least there was a point in the season where the team was decent. Gus has never been anything but an embarrassment.
