Very uncharacteristic of the Isles. They usually blow it in the 3rd, not the 2nd.

Hey guys, Leafs fan coming in peace.

I was wondering what the Isles board's tank to win ratio is?

How many people would prefer (in general) a loss vs a win?

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this in the past, haven't seem anything, but what's the deal w Patrick Flately as the 2nd color analyst lately on some broadcasts along w butch? Gotta say i think he's great. He can make clear sentences and he's honest, never sugarcoats anything, especially if we're not playing well or make dumb mistakes...anyone have any insight on this?

Snow/Wang b/c Cappy remains the head coach that routinely does this...

Can't speak for everyone nor do I have the numbers but I'd assume more would rather lose.

Tavares or Brayden Schenn?
Hall/Seguin or Niedereitter?
Hopkins/Landeskog or Strome?

Easy decision.

I just ask because the Leafs are in a somewhat opposite situation, as the NYI have had a lot of lottery picks, but no (tangible) results, I think that you'd see a lot more people just wanting to see team-wide results.

The Leafs on the other hand haven't had any lottery picks, and our board is like 90% tank.

Do you guys know what Hamonic was doing there? Cross-checking his own goalie?

In 2008 Isles won their last game vs the Rangers. Big rivalry right? Blues got the 4th pick, Isles 5th and both had the same amount of points but Isles had more wins.

Isles walk away with Bailey, Blues Pietrangelo. 4 years later, I don't care about that win but I could tell you that I'd much rather have Pietrangelo than Bailey right now.

To put it simply: I'd rather have two of #1 or #2 overall than several #5's. Really wish we didn't go on a late run in 2010 and got Nino instead of Seguin.

Wow, Okposo has really picked it up lately. Gives the Isles a 3-2 lead.

With the way the Islanders are run Pietrangelo would be the same thing as Bailey. He wouldn't have been given 2 years to develop in minors, he would have been in the NHL in 2008-2009.
