McDonagh
Boyle
Lundqvist

I really think they look tired. Not lazy, don't get me wrong. Those guys were trying but I think they had trouble out there with finding the zip.

Lundqvist, Mr. Softie, with his 4th win in 5 starts and an embarrassing .923 save % and 2.00 GAA tonight.

Rangers with their 4th win in 5 games but aren't winning by enough goals.

48th win, conference lead by 3 points with 6 to play, but we're "overachieving"

Sometimes, some of you "fans" just mystify me. No one could've predicted this kind of year, so far, THIS year.

Wild really turned it on in the 3rd after the Rangers controlled the game for the first two. Was ugly but good to get the W and it was absolutely huge that the Isles got the win tonight.

Let's make the lead 5 tomorrow boys, LGR!

If the Rangers go 3-3 the Penguins will have to go at least 5-1 to get the lead at season's end. No reason to relinquish this.

Awesome game, fantastic finish. Boyle and McDonagh were awesome. Staal was the worst player on the ice.

Big win combined with the Islanders beating Pitt.

This was huge.

Need to win again tomorrow.

Nice to see a win, especially in regulation. That said I thought their play was piss poor for large parts of the game. I don't know what happened with the PK. Even when we were at our worst we still were solid on the PK. We're playing like the Wild did earlier in the season when they were winning every game by 1 goal. I always thought that would even out and boy did it ever. I hope this doesn't even out in the playoffs.

Fedotenko is such a boss. Nice to see him score.

So I guess at the end of the day, it was just one big overreaction by people here.

One thing I have noticed about McDonagh.
Once he decides to move in from the blueline, he is deceptively fast. Nobody ever really catches him, it's like it is up to him what will happen.

I wonder if Feds read that play and moved into the slot.
That's me thinking positively, because if that did happen, it makes it even more beautiful. I mean, Fedotenko wasn't just standing there, he moved in and it jived with McDonaghs' fantastic vision and execution.

But it was his decision to do it that gets me. When he does that, look out.

This team sucks.

3-2 win? Should have been 4-0 vs. this garbage team.

Staunch defender of Lundqvist, but he's definitely pooped in a few softies lately and he had another tonight. Hopefully he gets into his usual beast mode before the playoffs start and I'm confident he will.

Great game by Boyle and the rest of the secondary scoring lines. Dubi played well, Prust, Feds -- Mitchell's turnovers are getting on my nerves... And Hagelin was a ghost tonight.

Anyone notice that Staal has been looking pretty effin bad lately? Not used to seeing him scramble and get beat like he has been in the past few games and it happened again tonight (the play in the 3rd where Bickel had to cover his mistake and shove a Wild player into the boards after a whistle).

Gabby and Richards really clicking

Isn't it always though? It's easy to scrutinize during the battle. But once the 2 points are on the board you forget what you did wrong.

Like I said.

Look at how we've played, not that we won.

You act as if i'm not happy with the team at all. You're wrong, i'm not happy because they're not playing the hockey that got them to this point.

This team doesn't suck but that 2nd sentence is correct. Can we look like a top team once in a while. We haven't won by more than 2 goals since Valentine's Day I believe and won by more than 3 three times all season.

We must stink. Who cares that we are first in the conference, with 6 games left. We haven't won by 2+ goals in a while. I would rather be the A team that is a 6 seed but wins with authority when they win.

Some of the stuff you see here is ridiculous.

"Just" three this year as Staal has been pretty bad for most of the season.

Not exactly his fault, but that doesnt't change the effect it has on the team.

Hit $100k on the Garden of Dreams telethon tonight, more than any Knicks or Rangers broadcast ever. Impressive! Also, awkward Ron Duguay and Bill Pidto high five.

a wins a win, but my God, if they don't start scoring more and getting tighter i'll have to hold my breathe for the playoffs.

The defense has looked better as of late (except Staal...poor guy) but we just need to win a little easier against teams that we should dominate. Then again, if we scratch and claw ourselves to the cup i wouldn't complain.
