It all depends on who you are.

You could go to the Leafs/Habs for the money and spotlight but if you fail your stuck with the hellish media and fans that torment you, if you are 2nd/3rd liner on a deep team that wins, maybe life is a little easier for development and peace of mind.

It all depends on a persons philosophy.

No stress and warm weather, not a bad choice.

Me too. I mentioned the fact that the B's are an original 6 team and that we're the city of champions with the best yet to come.
Flyer fans are really pushing hard so we need to push for him too.

not surprising at all considering the glut of young talent at forward in both Boston and Philly. I remember last month when the Bolts dealt Carter Ashton and looking at their forwards and thinking they are paper thin.

Took the city that is easily the least stressful coupled with easiest path to the NHL. Interesting.

The next best one is Jeremy Welsh of Union, but he is still playing.

Mark Zengerle of Wisconsin also still out there.

If Justin Schultz elects to become a free agent on July 1, I hope we pursue him aggressively.

Agree. Continue building the prospect depth on defense.

Not surprising, depth isn't as good and he might have a shot at the NHL in Tampa
