If the Habs get the 1st overall, then this isn't ridiculous at all. If they get the #2 or 3 pick, then it doesn't make sense for Florida. Also, remember that Pierre placates a lot to Montreal fans. He's on Montreal radio a lot.

Agree 100%. I love Huberdeau as a prospect, but if we could get Yakupov for Huberdeau and a 2nd, the you REALLY have to consider it.

Wow, watching this Yakupov highlight video you can't help but see similarities with Pavel Bure. He's pretty damn electric.

No way. Yakupov is a 1 way player, Huberdeau is great in both ends. Even if you look at pure numbers Huberdeau's are better.

I would also take a North American superstar junior over a Russian superstar junior any day.

Huberdeau will be 2nd line C next year.
