I can't believe everybody isn't bigger fans of Eller and Leblanc. They are just as much the future as what PK and Patches are.

And although I agree Gorges is an untouchable, it's not for the reason that he "bleeds bleu blanc et rouge", it's because he is a great leader and defensive defenseman. For that reason, why wouldn't Plekanec be on every list? He is THE most dedicated player on this team. /Homer rant
Plekanec is my favourite Hab, has skills galore. We have many fickle fans.

Price. Where would the Habs get his equal in the short run? Does anyone remember the seasons between the Roy trade and Théodore's MVP season? Even Théodore didn't last. PK may be a gem but the Habs might be able to draft his equivalent in 2012 or 2013 with one of their high draft picks. Same with Pacioretty.

Price, Subban and Pacioretty. Can't believe people called TSN 990 to say that Gauthier is another scapegoat because the real reason is Price. Fail.

Man I heard that guy call in too. The next 4 calls were people just dumfounded by what he had to say

He actually said Price will never be more than a back up goalie

One of the dumbest/most annoying things I've heard

There's a dozen regular posters on this board who might have made that call. The hate for Price is inexplicable as far as his play goes.

Can't help wondering if it might be something else...

Same as everyone else: Price, Pacioretty and Subban.

Although I will say out of the 3 I'd be most willing to part with Subban. I think he's been out there long enough and there would be a few teams that would overpay for him. Just a feeling on P.K. though...

Well, apparently Gainey's biggest sin was not his bringing in Gomez, Cammalleri, Gionta, Spacek, Pyatt, Kostopoulos, Moen, Gill, and the rest of the flotsam and jetsam that were swept in by the tide but trading José Théodore and Mathieu Garon.
