D has been poor so far, masked by the fact that most of the period has been in the Toronto zone. Lots of almosts, and finally burned by a breakaway pass.

What the hell. At this point in the season, may as well play a track meet game, especially given the opponent.

I know. I'd love to get Schenn long term, but I don't think it's really a direction we should go. We have Coburn, Meszaros, and should be locking up Grossmann. That's enough big, mean, defensive, and physical (sometimes for Coburn.)

We need a puck-mover...like Carle...as much as it pains me to say.

anyone think read lacks vision? he doesn't seem very creative and doesn't seem like he is comfortable setting people up. Hes more of a pure shooter in my eyes and I'm not sure why hes on the point sometimes on the PP.

Couturier playing strangely awkward with the pick so far.

Flyers need to step it up again. They look like they're slowing down into a defensive shell.
