What happened to him? Alot of us had him definitely making the team and maybe even the 2nd paring this year.

If Tootoo can get it together, he's what we need for the playoffs.

Edit: mmmmmmmmm, nachos.

Tootoo being in over Yip, Wilson, and Smith (though after last game, I'm good with Wilson sitting a few)

I still think Smith should be centering line 3 over spaling. We already have a defensive center in Gaustad, no need for 2.

Erat and Josi being back

I like these lineups. Tootoo needs to be in assuming his time off has rejuvenated him. We'll see how he responds. Needs to keep his game simple and gritty.

Does Josi go right back to being partnered with Gill? I like the Gill-Klein pairing, but I wouldn't mind either way.

For the next couple games while Josi gets back to 100%:

Weber-Suter
Josi-Gill
Klein-Ellis

As soon as Josi is 100%:

Weber-Josi
Suter-Gill
Klein-Ellis

That has a very low chance of happening.

I think that line up in third is the best at the moment:
10-12-74
46-11-47
27-13(15)-57
24-28-22(33)

20-6
75-59
8-51

35

Should play like this for the rest of the season to solidify the lines.

SK can sit one tomorrow and get Willy in to see what he can do.

Lindy should play...

That or just have AK play on both top lines I've been really impressed w/ AK. He seems to add to whatever line he is on. Rads seems like he will be a PPG player and is all over the place and helps keep the puck in our opponent's end.

I've noticed that in a few games already, when occasionally Rads and SK together they look pretty good, Erat and AK looked good in a couple of shift too. Should we try for the last game to go with

74-12-47
46-11-10

?

BTW 57-11-47 didn't look that good in third today. I think 57-13-27 should stay together. They looks perfect.

I still think we need to break up Erat-Fish-SK. They have done nothing together the last 10 games. Not a good way to go into the POs.

I also don't want Erat-Legwand together-- they have been ho-hum together for most of their career (save one year w. Kariya).

It's simple.

Erat-Fihser-Radulov
AK-Legwand-SK... insert Wilson if SK continues to slump

I would be okay w/ that lineup. Or how about Erat-Fisher-Hornqvist?

But w/ only one game left and an important game at that, I doubt Trotz will be changing the lines. I bet the lines we have will be the lines we go into the playoffs w/ so the guys better just figure it out and quick.

If they aren't clicking (which they aren't for the most part), I see no harm in trying something new on our scoring-lines.

Some of the line shifting last night was based on which winger plays better on one side or the other. Trotz was asked about moving some guys around in the third period. He was moving guys around a little based on their ability to play both sides. I guess some guys are more versatile. I think Rads can play both sides effectively.

Anyway, the moves were more sophisticated than AK or Rads isn't producing so he gets bumped.

sk isn't slumping. He is playing very well defensivly and on the pk.

I actually like that the Fisher line isn't clicking right now. Means they are due to break out. They have been streaky throughout the season and they're due for a rise in their production. Sometimes you have to give guys time and they will respond. We also don't take SK out of the lineup any time soon. He's too valuable in three phases of the game.

If guys don't score they're slumping, don't you know that.

Move him to the 4th line then.

IMO, goals are important in hockey.
