True North: Hire this man to do our 2012/13 pump-up video

This intro/pump-up video is probably about a million times better than our current one. It already has jets in it as well.

Make it happen!

I'll take our current intro video over this.
Thanks, but no thanks.

I would much rather the intro video we have already. This one really isn't all that good and definitely not a million times better. Ours gets me pumped up just fine.

I have to agree with the census, ours is certainly better. I just wish they had put Andrew Ladd in the cockpit. Instead of those two actual pilots. Because once you put on the Jet helmet and goggles you cant really tell who it is. Not sure if they are going to re-edit the video and take Oduya out.

All i hope for next years intro is they don't use those real Jets and not make it Cheezy.

I think for next years intro, they should take multiple shots of MTS Centre, and compare it to a hanger or something, but like all over MTS Centre shots of the whole interior.

Something like this

Just at like 1:00 starting

That video is awful compared to our current one. Someone taking an intro computer graphics course could have easily made it (and probably did by the looks of the terrible animation).

I'm assuming that there's a smiley missing in the OP?

I"m assuminig so.

Jesus that made me laugh. That was like a mishmash of the title run of every mid nineties cartoon.

Fighter pilot bears blow up the planet, travel through a worm hole, and play hockey in an arena floating in space....

...has someone pitched this to Hollywood yet?

I liked when he bombed the volcano.

That video was hilarious! I enjoyed it but glad it's not ours.

Why did he blow up the earth? That seemed incredibly pointless to me.

Reminded me of the Lonely Island - Like A Boss video.

I loved our intro video this year. It was about as perfect as it could be. Not sure how they will top it next year.

i know its an obvious and stupid question...but why would a polar bear want to destroy the earth via bombed-volcano jet fighter attack....then seemingly go into lightspeed to end up at a hockey arena?!

Yeah, it's quite bad. Creator shouldn't quit his day job, unless it entails doing animation.

lmao I know.

Of course, as many people have pointed out: I'm definitely kidding.

I just saw that video and thought it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever seen so I figure I'd share it with you guys.

I've watched it 10+ times and I still have no idea what happened.

I think the better thing that they should do is install hd projectors for on the ice instead and have even better video displays for the intro there would be really sweet.
