He's usually good with injuries. That would him back in the lineup for Monday's game.
That's better than I thought. I'll take it.

Sorry for the ramble, but Richardson HAS to learn how to finish in this league or he is not long for it.

Exactly! To all of this! He gets all the speed and then loses control. He's gotta learn to stay in control and makes plays at high speed.

shouldn't of taken the first line apart, Not like the second line would have chemistry now. They need to keep Kopi's line. this sucks. **** carts.

Needs to be this...... Dont reinvent the wheel people, this gets it done. Penner has been playing great as of late. He is playing for next year. He has something to show.

Brown Kopi Williams
King Richards Penner

fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

walking boot is one thing, but the crutches worry me even more

Although dancing boy said he's "hearing" 4-5 days, and he's usually right about injuries.

Truly wish dancing boy is right!

Sutter said, "he's pretty banged up" and Carts said his ankle is "pretty sore" he'll get evaluated on Sunday.

I remember him getting hit with a shot in the foot last game, and thinking to myself that it looked painful.

Good thing he doesn't have a history of foot issues... Oh wait.

Hopefully he can return by the Sharks games.

If it is, can't see him coming back before the playoffs. Those things linger. Had one in October. Took a few weeks to heal. Then again, I didn't get the same level of treatment a professional hockey player gets.

A little sigh of relief...

I caught Carter for a brief chat, and it sounds highly doubtful that his injured ankle will allow him to play before Monday, at the earliest.

Carter: “It’s pretty sore. I think we’re just being precautious right now, keeping the weight off it and stuff like that.”

Kypreos just tweeted that that Carter's expected to miss the rest of the regular season.

We aren't allowed to go down the stretch with a full complement. Over three years its been Williams, then Kopi, then Carter. This is the truth.

It's part of the deal Lombardi made with the crossroad demon.

high ankle vs. low ankle sprain:

makes big difference,

in basketball, I know that low ankle sprains can be healed in days, while high ankle almost always take 2-3 wks, minimum, not 1-3 wks I had posted before,

and some high ankle injuries can last longer than 3 wks,

but don't know how bad his ankle injury is,

maybe he is a fast healer,

but don't expect him back in next few days for sure...

Brad Richardson. Enough said. He should have been in some campus chasing around teenage girls. He is immature as a person and I can't see him being a part of a SC contender team. At this point I'd prefer KW in the lineup.

Fortunately Sutter saw the same, benched him for 8 minutes in last period and after that he only played on line with Stoll and Lewis, with King playing on Kopitar-Brown line.

On the other hand this could have been just sharing TOI between back-to-back games (Sutter is good at doing that) and we will see more of BR on the top line...

Uh... can you explain/support this statement with facts by any chance?
