I know I am poking some fun as well. There is nothing wrong with guys that are tough.

But they better freakin play like Simmer, or Lucic. The new NHL has no room for Westgarth, Eager, ETC(you need Four lines).

That EDM tough line didn't stop Brown from running over their Best Defensive player. You could even argue (not saying it was) that hit might have been a little dirty.

As Foxy said: businesslike.

It's funny watching Button drooling all over the Kings tonight on NHL channel. I guess it's cool, never seen him do that.

2 stinkin' pages here after a huge win to put us atop the division?

What a solid performance. There were at least 3 shifts where the Kings controlled the puck in the Oilers' zone for well over a minute.

Richards and Williams looked like they had a little chemistry out there.

Too bad Richardson didn't get a chance to really drop them with Smyth.

Two dominating performances in row. Keep it going!

watching the highlights, the glove save on RNH is so sick by Quick. You just know he thinks he cant be beat right now with how quickly he reacts and comes crazily far out of the crease to make the save

If Richards can play with the intensity he had tonight consistently, we will be awfully tough for anyone to beat in a 7 game series.

Gotta give Lewis some love too. That was the late season/playoff Lewis we saw last year. Yeah, it's Edmonton but the guy was generating play after play. I hope this version sticks around for a while.

I know we take him for granted because we are used to him, but Quick.... Just wow.

Lewis has to be the most improved King since Sutter arrived. Honorable mention to J-dub.

That Edmonton consecutive sellout streak is a joke.

The lack of posts is really kinda pathetic. We are currently leading the division after two straight fantastic road games!!

I don't want to take away from the great night, but where did Johnny Utah go? I liked a lot of what he said.

Workman-like effort by the better team tonight.

Quick's glove save was just sick. Brown was a human bowling ball on that one shift with the Oilers playing the role of the pins.

It's probably because it can change any time soon. The team has really pulled together, but you wil see a lot more posts if they actually do win the division.

2 most dominating games:

in a row, just when it's needed!

Kings made Calgary look pathetic in the last game,

and tonight dominated Edmonton about as much,

but tomorrow will be tough as they fly in at 4am I heard,

so I expect a slow start but a stronger second half of the game,

gotta get at least one point.

Great SH goal by Richards and Lewis and King are improving almost every game...

Not to be a Debbie Downer here, but that 92% stuff means nothing. If we lose our next 4 games i'm pretty sure our chances will drop to 0%.
