Perhaps Regio League is best, if so, could somebody point me in the right direction? Really hoping Red Ice can gain promotion, would love to see a new club in NLB.

Also play-offs about to begin in NLB soon, all spots locked up, looking for Lausanne to gain back up.

Thanks for all help in advance.
Regioleague.ch is the only place to get amateur league scores (they even have live scores for all games). Go to "Resultatservice" in the left hand menu, and then select "1. Liga" and one of the three regions (Red Ice plays in the west region).

And don't you dare support Red Ice over my hometown team!

I believe that in Yverdon, Red Ice has a hell of an opponent and so far, nothing is done yet !

My hometown team is Yverdon. They sneaked into the playoffs but lost game 1 to Red Ice 7-1.

NLB season over, Lausanne with a wonderful season, now to get back to the Championship and finally gain promotion.

When is the selection for play-offs, on Thursday?

So, the NLB playoff pairs are:

1. Lausanne vs 6. GCK
2. Langenthal vs 5. Basel
3. La Chaux-de-Fonds vs 8. Ajoie
4. Visp vs 7. Olten

Pretty much what was excepted, despite not following the regular season standings.

Im a little surprised Langenthal wanted Basel, their season series 3:2 with most of their bigger wins coming early in the season, seems more like a risk to go after Basel then the weakest opponent. Atleast Lausanne reason and why Chx-de-Fds took Ajoie is understandable.

Visp probably knew the top 3 where going to stick them against Olten, sucks for them since they lost the season series with Olten. This match-up probably has the making to go 7 or atleast being the hardest fought.

Ajoie has a reputation of a tough (or even dirty) team. A first round matchup with them could have a significant impact on a team going for a long playoff run, while GCK and Basel have less playoff experience. Olten, on the other hand, is probably the most dangerous playoff opponent out of the bottom four.

Would you rather I create a new thread for the 2012 playoffs or stick to this one?

Red Ice wins the Serie vs Yverdon.

Against Yverdon, Red Ice was lucky ! i can see this from here ... they may have faced their extinction in the present playoffs as well but hockey gods wanted the outcome to be different, ... this time !

Against Yverdon, Red ice will only remmember 4 things.

Sweat, blood, will and that gods of hockey wanted Red Ice to win.

++

An old wise guy ... in the heights of Sainte Croix, warned Red Ice against Yverdon. Don't play with fire and nitro the old wise guy said. They almost forgot it !

HC Sion sweeps EHC Saastal in West, Franches-Montagnes disappointing 2nd period kept them from the sweep over Villars.

How come someone from Riga has so much interest for the amateur league?

I really like Swiss ice hockey and the ability to move up and down. I dont pay much attention during the regular season like I do for NLA and NLB but since its now play-offs, I like to follow who gets the chance for promotion.

Only Red Ice, Lyss and Chiasso have filled the paperwork to obtain promotion into the NLB. Lyss was 5th in the central group, and Chiasso 7th in the east group, so it seems that Red Ice is the only team with a realistic chance.

In the NLB, Lausanne, Langenthal, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Visp and Olten have shown interest.

Chiasso lost semifinal serie in the east against Winterthur 1:3.
Lyss(central),won semifinal 3:1, and Red-Ice(west), won semifinal 3:0 are in the final of there league.
In the league final(bo5) play
Winterthur vs Bülach in the east
Lyss vs Wiki-Münsingen or Zuchwil(they have to play game 5) in the central
Red-Ice vs Franches in the west

Group winners advance to finalround, where the three league winners face eachother onetime. first and second will play a final(bo1). Only the winner of the final is allowed to play in the nlb next season.

Let's go Winterthur destroy the nlb hope of red-ice once again:-)
(Sorry my english isn't perfect)

Bob Hartley's team zurich lions is very impressive in these PO. after a 7th place in regular season they finally playing at the level that the media expected in the beginning.

bern also a very solid team PO with Finnish coach Antti Törmänen.

the final between the two team will be great one to see.

SC Bern vs Zürich SC Lions-> Final (bo7) of the National League A
HC Ambri-Piotta(NLA)- Sc Langenthal(NLB)--> Winner wil play in NLA next year
EHC Winterthur at RedIce->Regioleague Final(bo1) If RedIce win they will play in NLB next season, if Winterthur nobody will be promoted, because only the winner is allowed to play in nlb next season, and Winterthur isn't interested in promotion
