3 out of 4. I'll take it.

Win against Edmonton on Monday would be nails.

Beating Edmonton necessary now. The goal needs to be to hit the marks and win all three games to head into the postseason.

The team is tired. Didn't get many bounces tonight but still got a point. Get home and rest up for Monday.

3 out of 4 when a lot of peeps thought the Kings were going to lose to both teams.

I'll take it.

On to Monday....

Same here. 2-1-1 road trip isn't bad.

That being said, being up 3-2 and sucking it away leaves a bitter taste. Argh

They played like a team that got in at 3 am playing a back-to-back. Bummer

Have to bring it vs. Edmonton!

Too much screwing around during the 1st half of the third. I understand trying to get richie the hattrick, but they passed up some shots in the process. Still got 5 points on the trip and remain in the playoffs

Richardson does however need to go back into the pressbox.

I don't want Kopitar to all of a sudden think he has to be his prime set up man -_-

Kings pp in OT actually got the shot they wanted, but Richards failed.

Someone needs to work with Bernier in shootouts. You have to challenge the shooter in the NHL.

This. Other than the post Setoguchi hit, what are you gonna do? Minny's goals were just the bounces.

That being said, you create those bounces when you outwork the other team. Kings were just gassed and it showed.

Must've been no oxygen in Doughty's brain. He tried to give the game away long before OT.

Team looked beat towards the end of the second period. They better be ready against Edmonton.

Hope we get good news about Carts.

Good to get a point considering how we started the 1st. Blow chances on both sides. The home team fans go home happy, whatever.

Well that's why you can't take any game too lightly. The 1 point helps a lot though.

I knew we were in trouble once it went to a shoot out, they're not Bernier's specialty.

That loss really pissed me off. 10 minutes from a win and keeping control of the Pacific and yet there were scoring chances missed all because the team wanted to get the pressbox prince a hat trick. That is such a scrub league move.

Also, JB needs to work on shootouts. Seriously, that was brutal to watch.

This game really pissed me off, we played so ****ing cocky, we tried to set up richardson with a ONE goal lead the whole time. What the hell were they thinking, we need every point we can get and suddenly its lets pass to richardson day wtf.

Once the Wild hit the post and missed the empty net to end OT, i actually thought the Kings would steal the 2 points in the shootout. But Bernier quickly made me remember lolbernier in shootouts

I'm sorry, he needs to bury that pass from Brown. A play like that could be the difference from winning the division or not. Mike Richards was brought in to finish plays like that, something he has done very little of this season.

Like I said, overall happy with the result.. back to back, backup goalie, down twice, I'll take the point. But certain guys are going to need to find their game for this team to compete with the better teams they'll see in the playoffs.
Sorry Herby but without his shootout goal in Chicago and three point night against San Jose this season's already over. Those were the breaking points for our season and both went our way because of him. He hasn't been what's expected of him but I wouldn't say he's come up short when it matters most. That loss was more along the lines of a prime example of why Bernier shouldn't be and isn't going to be the #1 here. His shootout effort was pitiful and you have to win a lot of those these days.
