A hypothetical question that popped into my head, does signing Petrov make Nino expendable? I feel like they are similar players, but Petrov is ahead in his development.
Nonononoonnonon. Wait to see if either of them belong in the NHL before making any decisions.

I personally don't think one makes the other expendable. If Petrov shows he can play in the NHL, he'll be there. I, like others, hope that Nino spends the year in Bridgeport (hopefully) tearing it up.

Probably not until one establishes himself. Besides, its not like there is room for only one big winger on the team. The more the merrier.
I think it is possible he will be a bust and yes I know he played well in the world Jrs but he was playing along some of the best youngsters...just saying...I hope he is not but Nino's future does not look great...I think they have stunted his ability
You have got to be kidding! April Fool's post?
Strome is a clone of Jordan Eberle, which I will be thrilled with!
Peter and Butch did not mention that Brock Nelson played LW all season.
They don't watch the games. Nelson's been awesome on the wing but would make a good centre as well.
Robbie Russo has really emerged this year. There's talk of him making the WJC team for the USA and I believe he's made the all-star team.

I'm very anxious to see Petrov play in North America. I think he'll have a good chance to make the NHL team next season, given Snow's already done with his off-season acquisitions.
