You never want goalies getting concussions. Concussions severely affect your neurological connections from your eyes, which is crucial for tracking objects (ie pucks).
Honestly, he did not look right during Friday's game, so I am not surprised that something is up.
I can't recall if he took a shot to the head in that game though?
Obviously, I can't imagine he plays one of the final 3 games. And it has nothing to do with the tank, taking a risk with this at this point would be idiotic.
Why was he dressed for saturday night's game if it happened that morning?
Jesus, this team never ceases to surprise me with their poor/slow decisions.
And you need more than just a therapy day if you suffer from a concussion..
He should be scratched for the rest of the year. Hope it's nothing serious, but this should make management realize they need to draft a good goalie, or sign a young one like Harding maybe.
Where are some of you getting the Saturday morning stuff? There's nothing in the article about that. I also don't think there was even a Habs morning skate that day.
I pray that this doesn't affect Price in the future. As for the dolts who are gleeful about it, I wish them a bop on the head that gives them double vision when they next look at the computer screen.
Where did people find this information about him getting it Saturday morning? It makes zero sense to dress him for Saturdays game if he had gotten a concussion earlier that day...
Hope it's just a precaution and more of a tank move.
