That feeling when you write nhl on google.ca and it shows you the Wild and Oilers have won the game and then you realize it's yesterday's results.. I just had it.

This is the same Caps team we've seen in the playoffs. They don't do well under pressure.

Let's hope TB wins so they are more motivated when they face us.

Washington is a joke. I hate what they have become, from one of the most exciting teams to this garbage.

Stamkos can get 60 in Montreal. Come on Stammer! The Bolts looked good, the only thing that scares me is they could play Caron here but even then, no one on our team remembers him so it might be a plus.

I think Stamkos is the best pure goal scorer I've seen since Mike Bossy. Amazing player. Would love one day to see him reunited with PK in Montreal.

The crazy thing is that Stamkos could have easily had 4 or 5 goals tonight.

Please no Semin contract here, btw.

The dumbest thing they did was try to teach their stars defense. When you have a 65+ goal scorer like Ovechkin, or a 40 goal guy like Semin, or a 70 point D like Green, you don't try to teach them defense...you just surround them with guys who can make up for their shortcomings.

Instead they tried to reinvent the wheel, and it's gone terribly for them.

Just like Lemaire trying to force Lafluer to learn defense. At least Bowman knew it was best to just let Guy fly on the ice and the other players could pick up the slack.

Stamkos is having an unreal season. If he played in the 80s he'd have about 80 goals on the year.

To score 57 with obstruction back in the game and penalties being called less often than pre-lockout is damn impressive.
