The trophy is for the Habs unsung hero. Not sure why people would be mad that Deharnais didn't win, if anything the more people that complain the more it proves that he wasn't 'unsung'. Gorges leads the league in blocks on a team that has been out of the playoffs for a while. I think it's good to reward playing every game like a playoff game.

Holy f.... just checked the stats. He's indeed the league's leader in blocked shots, and not by just a few.

He got his big ass contract and did not let up. I dont understand when ppl mention the core of this team his name is never brought up. He's the leader in that Core. You cant have a core without leadership and dedication.

After Saku and Kovalev, I havent seen anyone as dedicated to this team for a prolonged period as him
