It seems to me that the OP is trying to say that we have more high calibre forwards in our system than ever before, meaning that we have a whole bunch of good forward prospects playing in the AHL and everywhere else, in addition to the guys on the roster.

As far as I'm concerned I'm focusing on the now and going forward. We were incredibly soft back then, some combination of physically and mentally, while this team already looks to be made of stronger stuff in both areas. I have more faith in this team's ability to win games when facing adversity, than at any other time in our short history.
