Can someone, anyone, tell me why Halischuk is out of the line up? Already struggling to understand Wilson demotion since end of Feb., but Halischuk, in limited minutes plays his role of bottom 6 to a tee! 101, maybe you read something?

It would be quite the sight to see Weber destroy Clutterbuck, but only if he doesn't end up in the box. A fight would only be acceptable if it's nearly the end of the game and we have a lead.

Haven't seen a reason. Best guess, either Trotz is just trying to give Smith one last look down the stretch or Halischuk is sick. Flip a coin, I doubt the team reveals anything at this point.

I wonder how much home ice really means to players. Preds are trying but there isn't that effort and intensity you see out of them when they REALLY want to win.

Radulov has made some very nice plays since coming back but on a number of plays in the last few games, I've been left thinking that as good as he has been so far, just think how good he'll be once he finds out he has linemates. I suppose he is still finding his timing a little in the NHL, but he has a habit of over complicating simple plays with a desire to stickhandle just a little bit more. If he can get into the habit of making quicker passes when he has support near him moving quickly, especially towards the net, his line will be even more dangerous.

Speaking of people on his line, I think one of the coaches has had a word with AK before this game and reminded him he is a big, strong guy and his line will benefit from his physical play. This would happen in Montreal too. He'd go through a stretch where he'd make one or two solid to big hits in a game and do some battling for the puck and then a coach would say something and he'd play kinda like he has so far tonight, hitting just about everything. Good time of year to be getting into that habit.

there was never anything there to review, but, they missed the d-man covering the puck in the blue ice. Should have been a penalty shot.

Love your guys' fans' enthusiasm. Don't think I've ever heard a goalie sucks chant in a pro hockey game. Much better than our fans who are quieter than field mice.
