The Penguins are stinking up the game and it's pathetic. They do it every game. I don't know if it's a diet thing or what it is, but it's an embarrassment.
Who is doing that? I was ticked off when the Bruins were diving a lot earlier this season. Hated it then, hate it now. Stupid to say its ok because others have done it.
I'm not saying it's ok. I'm saying alot of posters act like their team don't ***** the same *****.
What I'm actually questioning ... is the natural instinct to jerk your head when a stick is swung in the area. I'm not saying this for letang in particular, I mean diving in general. It's hard to judge due to that reason

Sure he embellished the contact from the stick, didn't agree with the call. But if you take a look at the referee who calls it, he can't see where the stick actually hit Letang. All he can see was Peverley's stick come up and Letang's head snap back, if I saw that, I would have thought it would have been a high stick as well.
Why is it that every Pen fan in this thread has nothing better to say then "well other teams do it"? Is it really that hard to admit the guy made a fool of the league with that dive? Christ. Here's to them *****ing their way to another cup.

Diving is such a tired subject. Every team has a few guys that do it. Its too bad that its part of the game but nobody on here can do anything about it. "****in way she goes".

It's obviously not the equivalent, however to use the excuse "everyone does it, get over it" is essentially saying that any action taken by someone else becomes acceptable. Thus, murder happens so it must be "okay" for someone to do it because of the act of another.
The poster who claimed it was the equivalent was more along the lines of saying that the "everyone does it, get over it" argument was an illogical argument / poorly constructed argument which could be substituted with the act of murder.
