Unless you're (not you Scarygood) in the locker room, I don't see proof of Roy being a cancer.

That being said, I still hope they move Roy for the most Regier can get over the summer.

Just watched the goals.

What the **** was Komisarek doing on the Leopold goal? If I'm Foligno, I might consider filing **** charges.

On this the day of one of the greatest games I've ever seen I don't care to discuss what lead up to the trade or the trade itself. It's a good trade based off of previously bad decisions. Whatever.

G: Haha, but seriously. Is Foligno already the de-facto captain of this team? The game I saw him play, was as if he said "There's no way we're ****ing losing this game, follow me boys" and they did. I was cautiously optimistic he could turn into a poor man's Ryan Callahan... but today I watched it happen.

B: This defense will get shredded by any team in the playoffs, and quite possibly Philly and Boston in the next two games.

Awesome: The other games fell into line. Florida did not win; their game against the Caps tomorrow now becomes crucial. The Flyers lost and Penguins won locking those teams into their #5 and #4 playoff seeds respectively. And the Rangers win means the President's Trophy is still potentially in reach when they play the Caps in Game 82.

There's a very good chance he ends up being better than Callahan

Maybe we just got some retribution for "No Goal" tonight. This time, a call involving the crease and a goal went our way.

Also, just a tidbit. The last two games of the regular season, both of which are practically must-wins, are against the teams who eliminated us in the playoffs in the last two years (BOS in 09-10 and PHI in 10-11).

Does Leo give us that much more than Brennan, that you wouldn't upgrade another part of the roster by dangling Leo?

Also Awesome: Foligno celebrating in front of Komiserable. In the NFL that's 15 yards every time

I just hope leopold doesn't become this seasons Montador. Which is to say, a disgruntled veteran who feels unwanted plays poorly.

Can someone explain to me why people think the tying scrum goal shouldn't have counted. The ref never lost sight of the puck. Even the leafs announcer said so. It was in clear view. Does the whistle now blow just because you are in trouble in your own zone?
And the Phaneuf OT penalty. It's automatic. No discretion. Ask Brian Campbell.

U: Phaneuf. After his "We're gonna knock you out tonight" comment that the mic caught, the blown lead and his delay of game in OT were just desserts. Couldn't have happened to a bigger ***hole.

E: Oh, and Foligno's work on the tying goal was Zubrus-esque--referring to the Drury goal, of course.
Any chance someone will post that by Phaneuf? What a tool.

cause usually, when a scrum lasts more than a few seconds the goalie will PRETEND to have possession, and if the ref losses sight for a second, he always gets the benefit of the doubt. The Leafs goalie kept looking around for it. Dumb on his part.

Look at the position of the ref. He's right there. The puck was in clear view throughout. They call it dead when they cannot see it. Clear rule. The goalie can't fake haing it if the ref can see the puck lose. There is no debate at all on this. None.
