It's Carolina's last home game of the season, so they may actually want to win this one unlike Tampa Bay last night. Ward's a good goalie too.

I think we lose 5-4. Cole, Patches, Plekanec & Subban for the goals.

A loss in regulation tonight guarantees us bottom 3 right?

Damn, I was just looking at wins for the tie break but its regulation and overtime wins only from what you are saying, shoot out wins not included. Toronto has to be able to beat TB as TB is playing back to back after we thrashed them last night. But the Leafs are so lousy, who knows.

This is a H-U-G-E tank game tonight, absolutely massive, because for some reason, I feel like it's a lock that we are going to dominate the Leafs on Saturday...

A win tonight would be terrible for us, this is must lose (Or must win for Toronto and the Islanders tonight)

And I certainly don't want to worry about it on Saturday. Ugh.

Biggest game of the year.. Hopefully the Canes put forth a much better effort than what Tampa did last night. Habs win this one 3-2 though..

Second game in two nights, 5 goals scored yesterday, facing a good goalie, Yep. Looks like a full tank of fuel in the ole tank tonight.

They've already defeated the Lightning and their two remaining games are against the Hurricanes and the Maple Leafs, so it's quite possible for them to win both. The Leafs in particular are in the same boat as the Habs, eliminated from the playoffs with nothing to look forward to but (in the eyes of Burke) to secure the best possible position in the upcoming draft.

We lose the tie-break vs Edmonton, they have more ROW (27) than we do (25).

Anyway, must lose game tonight, I would feel much happier if I knew we secured a top 4 draft pick.

And we'll see the Habs players laughing on the bench and having a good time while this board would be livid..

Seriously fellow tankers... I don't think we give other teams enough credit...

Islanders at home versus the Jets... JETS SUCK on the road... most likely one point for isles

Toronto vs Tampa... Hopefully playing their second game in two nights with a terribad goalie...at least a Tdot point

I don't think playing a back to back travelling to Raleigh is going to be an easy game for the Habs...either I can see the canes whopping us especially since we just played a home game last night

minny - chicago... who knows lol

edm - ana...double win for the tank i guess

then cgy - ana... could be another point for ana

then the isles close season vs cbj - i think the isles can also pull a win here...

there is TOO MUCH pessimism we most likely won't drop out because a lot of the tank teams are playing poor quality clubs

the only team i cant see picking up a point is minny because they are playing two PO teams in phx and chi

lets just chill and let the season play out MMMKAYYYYYY

The key to a Canes win tonight is to shutdown the anti-tank line.. Do that and it's almost a guaranteed win.

So I assume Budaj starts again tonight and against the Leafs? I doubt we'll see Mayer unless either game is a blowout.

If Mayer doesn't play tonight, then he ain't playing. With the season over and nothing to play for, I would personally give the kid a chance to play tonight on the road

It felt a little dirty betting the vcash against the Habs today but the fix is in, I expect FULL TANK MODE tonight.
