I believe that the loss means that we are certain of a top 4 pick. Looking at the away score, it looks like NYI will win, which would mean a top 3 finish.
And we clinched the top 3 (until the lottery that is)!
It was tough but we did it ladies and gents, we actually did it!

Wouhou!!!! A pick in top 4 for sure! Let's just hope Habs management don't "waste" that pick on a defenceman! Any player between Yakupov, Grigorenko, Forsberg or Galchenyuk and I'll be really happy!
1: Chris Campoli may be the most hated Hab ever for me. Played like an utter piece of crap for 90% of the season, to the point where we can't even unload him at the deadline for anything, and now, with nothing at stake, playing with heart and passion and blocking shots to prevent goals. Can't wait for him to get out of town.
2: Dave Stubbs and his anti-tanking tweets...and yesterday he was drooling all over Stamkos. Hypocrite. And I like Dave.
3: Our PP was so bad, wow. My guess is we win that game if Markov-Subban is paired, thanks RC for the pro-tank move, you are such a dolt. Pat Hickey was on radio today saying RC had done a very good job, LOL.
4: Markov is close to being back to what he was, aside from not getting the PP going, but you can see it.

RC and the Habs played like it was a can't-lose no-tomorrow playoff game! They wanted to win bad! Unfortunately their drive to make it back up to 7th pick was twarted.
No Lucky # 7... No barn-burner vs the Leafs... No drafting a Kadri or Komisarek at #7...
I'm sure there's lots of long faces tonight in the Habs dressing room...
Okay. I almost wish Edmonton will lose tonight, so we are 100% sure to be in 28th and not hoping to sink to 29th.
Why? Because we'll be able to afford CRUSHING THE LEAFS for the last game. Because it won't matter anymore, and the Leafs will still won't be going 100%.
Because crushing the Leafs would be a fun way to end a crappy season.
