Generally young professional athletes are surprisingly settled when it comes to relationships. In some ways these guys are still kids (playing so much playstation, tattoos etc) in others (hard training, responsible thinking in private life, girlfriends) they are behaving like middle aged folks.

I wouldnt have minded to be talented enough to become a pro myself, i'm just a big kid myself

And I dont want to sound like I'm being overly critical of JT, but while his skating is dramatically improved, i find that it's regressed a bit as the year worn on. He's likely just tired, but I've noticed he's spent a lot more time on his butt in the second half then in the first.

They also tend to be players. It's good to be the King.

For players who want to stay in the "tri-state" area train this is a highly recommended place. Matt Moulson is a client, Mark Eaton and Doug Weight are former clients.

I used to train here in high school and the guy that runs this place is awesome. He has some pretty good clients (JVR, Marty St. Louis, Pacioretty)
Best gym I've ever seen.

This. Nino's got the sick wrists but his skating could definitely take him to another level.

Back to the topic; was just thinking if some of our younger players worked with certain coaches (like many have recommended for Strome) I think we could see a lot of them making better strides which only works in our favor.

I hope ALL of our prospects with skating issues trains with this person.

From what I've seen, JT is the kind of player that can identify his weaknesses and work hard on them in the offseason. JT is just scratching the surface of what he is capable of doing. I reckon to say we will see an even stronger, faster, quicker, and better shooting/passing JT in the next year and beyond.
