Ya i started growing out the beard when we weren't playing well... since then we've gone 7-2-1 i believe... I will not shave and i've sherked the rules because of the present success haha. Then again last i shaved after the last game of the regular season and they quickly went out and were down 0-2.. hopefully this signifies a quick start!!.

I just turned 19 so I'm still struggling to grow out a full beard, but I'll try.

Holy before and after! I can see why you called it your chastity beard. You look like a totally different person....and that person is Tom Hanks in Castaway.

Definitely doing the beard again. The real question is chest hair. If we make that kind of commitment, the B's may sweep everyone.

Gonna do the beard as long as work will allow it.
This was taken the day before game 7. Boss didn't care for it at that point.

I didn't cut my beard or hair until opening day of this season, after starting growth in the playoffs. Had the mop cut into a mullet. Lasted about two weeks before I couldn't look in the mirror any more without laughing hard. Will do the same this year if the Bruins win the Cup again.

Not a great pic but its the only one I have
If you look closely you can see my attempt at a playoff mustache too

Perhaps because it covers the ugly mug
No wife, but the mug coverage is where I'm at too.

I did it about three seasons ago and could not stand it. My facial hair gets really hard and spikey and is almost painful. I just can't deal with it..

That's how I felt last year and didn't make it till the end. I'll try again this year but who knows how long I'll last.

I'm going with my morphed rules from last year, Day one begins no shaving... I had a three day head start.
Between series trimming and edge grooming allowed!
(warning! this sounds good but leads to continual game 7 itchy neck)
I stood with my Sears Dog and Pet Groomer®, guard off, watching the TV after the game beginning the shave. I love a beard in the winter BUT SCREW THAT 80f + FACIAL HAIR CRAP!

mine around just before game 7 of ECF. Unfortunately I had to trim it during the Vancouver series for my mothers 60th birthday party. No reason to trim it this year hopefully.

Spazway goes from Castaway Tom Hanks to legit GQ status.
