(1) Niagra vs. (4) Brampton - in 6 If Oshawa can win 2 so can the Troops
(2) Ottawa vs. (3) Barrie - in 7 with several games going to OT, the best series IMO
Western Conference
(1) London vs. (5) Saginaw - in 6 the knights have shown weakness down the stretch and Saad & Co. are flying
(2) Plymouth vs. (3) Kitchener - in 5 Whalers have a full lineup and Murphy and Sol were gassed in game 4 & 5 of OS series, Rangers are too soft

Oh yeah? I'd like to take offense to that. I really would.
But I can't. You're right. I hate how charmin-soft this team has become under Spott. You can get away with that during the season somewhat, but this time of year, the games and players have to be tougher.
I really do wanna have faith but lets me realistic here, Brampton winning this series would be nothing less than the upset of the year, one of the bigger upsets in the past couple years.

Every game between these two this season has been entertaining, and the first one out in Ottawa was quite possibly one of the most exciting games in the OHL this season. I think it will be a long series that could go either way. It's disappointing that the Colts have so many injuries, because I like the way they match up with the 67s when healthy. Fortunately Niederberger is playing out of his head and Ivan Telegin has been absolutely dominant over the past six weeks. I'm hoping the Colts can get a couple of the injuries back and find a way... Regardless, the experience for the young defence core (especially Ekblad/Yuill) will pay dividends next season. Looking forward to game 1!

This is one of the rare instances I'm pulling for the Battalion...shorter drive (and easier to get tickets) than Niagara for round three...

OOPS
WCF Kitchener over the Knights in 6- The Rangers have owned the Knights all year and the Knights couldn't buy a bag of popcorn in the Aud.
ECF Niagra over Ottawa in 5 the dogs are too deep and the 67's got pretty lucky in the last series
