I guess it depends on the extent of the player changes. They may not ditch many (or any) high-profile players like their poll says, but they'll make some player changes. The only high-profile player I can see them realistically moving is Roy.

I picked keep because I think they are both going to be kept. My opinion is that they both should be moved on and a different hockey operation take over, but I think based on the trade deadline moves, management has decided to keep Regier and, by extension, Ruff.

If the team played their ***** off the whole year instead of floating and using the injury excuse, I could see Ruff staying another year. But the team went on a run for pride. Not for Ruff. He has been tuned out.

I second Zip's post. The team is talented enough to get to the playoffs, but they failed to execute in so many games this year (and in the past couple of years in the playoffs), and that falls on the head coach/players, not the GM.
