Rene Bourque vs. Benoit Pouliot

Who would you rather have on your team assuming they had the same cap hit and contract

neither player is all that great, but at worst Bourque is at least a very solid 3rd line winger (and he doesnt fall flat on his ass every 2nd shift)

Good thing you put in that thing about the contracts. Otherwise I was going to take Pouliot just because I could get rid of him more easily. Ideally, I don't want either player on my team. But I'm just going to have to hope that there's more to Bourque than we've seen in his days as a Hab. He has had statistically better seasons and reviews in the past. So if I have to have one of them, same contract, I'll take Bourque and just pray he somehow finds his way back to his previous form.

Bourque, he's more physical which is what the Habs need.

Pouliot has been pretty physical for the B's this year. That being said, Bourque still takes this pretty easily.

Where is the "neither" option? If I have to choose, Bourque.

Can we make them fight to the death?

Then I'll take the dead one.

BTW I chose Pouliot just because he has more skill and if he ever decided he cared for more than 3 minutes he'd be a talent.

Cap hit and contracts are factors though but either way, Rene Bourque has proven more than Pouliot so far in his career.

Thank God that I don't have to make a "More horrible player" poll for these two players...

I rather have Pouliot. Both 3rd liners with some effort issues but Pouliot is younger and more physical.

Rene Bourque deserves it. He may be lazy but he has proven himself alot more then Pouliot has at this point.

On another note, Pouliot has come up pretty big this past couple months hasnt he? I didnt think he would be dissapointing for Bruin Fans.
