Resting a guy battling a lingering injury is one thing, but scratching your star players for no reason is a slap in the face to your fans who are paying to see them. There is no reason guys like Sid and Malkin cant dress and just play reduced minutes.
Face it, the Pens are scared. They want to goon it up tomorrow but don't want face any backlash. I hope the Flyers blow them out tomorrow (on the scoreboard) in front of their home crowd .

This is slightly off-topic, but does anyone here know if they will show the first round of the playoffs on gamecentre live? I have a season subscription, but I'm not sure if it lasts only until the end of the regular season or what... Reason I ask is that I'm heading to Japan next week and want to catch the whole series there. It definitely would not be blacked out there, if it was on gamcentre, correct?
unless something has changed Gamecenter used to include preseason/full reg season and first 2 rounds of PO.s

Just got tickets on StubHub for Game 3! I'll be in the last row of 223, but man I am psyched!
Despite being a fan for almost 20 years now, this'll only be my second playoff game (never have been a season ticket holder). My first playoff game was in 1995, the very first playoff game the Flyers had played in 5 years. They beat the Sabres 4-3 in OT.

The real reason is that everone else in the Northeast agrees with Breube and Tortorella, and are sick and tired of the NHL whacking Mario off. This has united bitter enemies like I have never seen. Even the Devils and Islanders fans are admitting that Tortorella was correct and backing ther Flyers.
Do it the right and legal way. Don't resort to kneeing the opponent and elbowing them in the head. Flyers please just have two of your players instigate fights with Crosby and Malkin and if they don't want to dance too bad. Beat the living tar out of them.
Not that we should be on the Pens board wasting time, but stay away from it completely. You will be given an infraction and banned anyway just for posting, no matter what.
