If we lose on purpose and then the sens and panthers both win, we will be giving the caps momentum and confidence going into the series against us. Definitely don't want that. I hope they beat the crap out of the caps tonight and scare them going into the series. I'm hoping for a playoff feel game tonight. 4-2 Rangers. Cally with #30 and hank with #40 would be icing on the cake

Do the Rangers win so many one goal games this year that 4-2 is beating the crap out of them?

We shouldn't be afraid to play anyone and it's pretty silly to try and doctor the last game of the season in a way that would give us a perceived "easier" opponent. I bet everyone thought MTL was going to be an easy opponent a few years ago.

If everyone really think the Rangers are as great of a team as they actually are, we'll be able to hang with anyone.

Get a convincing W tonight, close out the season on a high note, and destroy **** in the POs.

hahah yea I meant physically and dominating the game even if it doesn't show by the score. I can see the rangers winning 4-1 and then letting a goal with 2 minutes left to make it look close than it is

Well, if they can't beat the capitals 4 times in the playoffs, then we don't deserve to win the Stanley Cup. The teams in the second round never seem to have a problem with them.
