I think Cody Franson could possibly be shipped out due to his RFA status.
Leafs have a lot of spots filled up on D already (not to mention Marlies pushing for spots), so unless they ship a few bodies out I can see him shopped around.
Brian lee has been solid for Tampa, and aulie and mikkelsson have been ineffective at best down the stretch. Strange review of them. I think lee comes back to Tampa next year!

One other thing to point out: some of these players are eligible to receive a 2-way QO. Those that are may be willing to accept a lower 1-way amount than their QO would be for.
Wolski: Might be 2-way eligible. Depends on how many times he was a healthy scratch this season--if more than 22 games he's 2-way eligible.
Comeau: 1-way
Fehr: 1-way [meets the threshold due to injury games missed]
Raymond: 1-way
Brule: 2-way
O'Reilly: 2-way
Latendresse: Not sure, depends on the exact extent of injured games
Mueller: 1-way
Barker: Probably 1-way, again depends on # of injured games vs. healthy scratches.
I think a handful of these guys are going to get offers in June, prior to being qualified, that tries to lock them in at a lower salary.
-Wolski, Wojtek: Has fit in pretty well in Florida. I could see the Panthers offering him a deal in the $2-3 million range. He should accept it, too, I'd think.
-Comeau, Blake: I'd be pretty surprised if Calgary qualifies him. He's done little in Cowtown.
-Fehr, Eric: I wouldn't be surprised to see Winnipeg let him go, either. He could probably do with a year in the AHL to see about getting his game/timing back in order. I'd be surprised if he goes there, however.
-Raymond, Mason: I, personally, think that one way or another, Raymond's situation in Vancouver will be rectified before getting qualified by them. i.e. I really wouldn't be surprised to see him dealt elsewhere around the draft. Vancouver fans seem to have already driven him to the airport, as a Vancouver Province writer put it "You'd think he was the worst player in league history with the way he's discussed on twitter."
-Brule, Gilbert: He's played well in Phoenix. His qualifying offer may be a tad high, so Phoenix might try to negotiate something else with him, like a two-year deal with a lower cap hit.
-O'Reilly, Cal: After Nashville, he really didn't do anything to merit being qualified. I think he signs a 2-way deal with someone to bolster their AHL team.
-Latendresse, Guillaume : Maybe the biggest wild card on the list. I'd be surprised if Minny qualified him at that salary considering he's barely played in two seasons now. I guess it depends on loyalty and how his exit physicals go.
-Mueller, Peter: Colorado has next to nothing committed, salary-wise for next season, so I'd imagine they'll qualify Mueller who seems to be finally turning a corner health-wise.
-Barker, Cam: I'd be shocked to see the Oilers qualify or re-sign him. It was an interesting experiment but his injury precluded any big development. Showed some promise at the start of the year, so someone might yet coach it out of him but I'm expecting it won't be in Edmonton. Could be an interesting gamble for a team like Detroit.
A couple other interesting RFAs to watch, qualifying-wise.
-Benoit Pouliot, Boston: Had a few solid stretches with the Bruins, then would disappear for 10-20 games. Could be pushed out of a job by young hungry players like Jordan Caron and Lane MacDermid.
-Jamie McBain: Potential-wise, you'd think Carolina would never dream of not qualifying McBain. But with Gleason, Pitkanen, Faulk and Ryan Murphy, Carolina's Top 4 is set for years to come and GM Jim Rutherford is never shy about playing hardball with impending RFAs (A couple summers back, two guys who had pretty much made the Hurricanes roster (Brett Carson and someone else who's name escapes me), were left unqualified when they didn't take Rutherford's lower offers, then re-signed shortly after July 1st. Rutherford may try it again.
-Jared Boll: Columbus might be able to re-sign Dane Byers for Boll's roll of fighter/agitator at a greatly reduced salary making Boll expendable.
-Theo Peckham: With 6 blueliners already under contract, prospects knocking on the door, the Oilers might decide to part ways with the tough-as-nails Peckham. I'd like to think the Oilers could get a pick for him, but that may not be an option. A team looking for size, snarl and shot-blocking along its blueline will gladly take him.
-Linus Omark: Omark's time in Edmonton is over, as evidenced by Edmonton making him a healthy scratch down the stretch, instead dressing 7 d-men, and Omark saying he'd rather play in the WHC than go down and play for Oklahoma in the AHL playoffs. I expect him to be dealt around the draft for a mid-round pick (Though he may sign a lucrative deal back in Europe before that happens) but if there are no suitors, it's possible the Oilers just let him become an UFA.
-Anton Stralman: With Tim Erixon waiting in the wings, it's unlikely Stralman has a place to play with the Rangers next year. Good puck handler, though there might not be a role for him in the NHL.
-Peter Regin: A second injury-plagued season might be enough for the Sens to decide to let him go. The acquisition of Kyle Turris and continued development of Zack Smith probably mean Regin would start on the 4th line for Ottawa, and Ottawa's probably not looking to pay Regin for 4th line duty.
-T.J. Galiardi: Galiardi hasn't been able to get it going down the stretch and it's not out of the realm of possibility that San Jose could wash their hands of him, should they falter in the playoffs again. Galiardi's future in San Jose could rest on his playoff performance. It's not likely they won't qualify him, but it's not impossible.
-Brian Lee: The few times I've seen him in Tampa he's looked nervous and lost. The strong play of Keith Aulie and Brendan Mikkelson down the stretch, along with prospects like Radko Gudas and AHL all-star Mark Barberio means the Lightning could very well let Lee walk. A top 10 draft pick in the same year in 2005, Lee should still got offers elsewhere, though they may be of the 2-way AHL variety.
-Cody Franson: Probably the biggest longshot on the list, but if Brian Burke wants to make a big statement about changing the culture etc. and gets not trade offers on Franson, I wouldn't be THAT shocked to see Franson go unqualified. This year was an eye-opener for Franson fans who hadn't seen him play much, Nashville fans warned last year that Franson played protected minutes with the Preds, and when he struggled to regularly crack Toronto's lineup at times this season, that warning sure seemed to ring true. Franson's upside in the NHL might be like that of Kurtis Foster, a power-play specialist with a big shot who can't handle regular minutes at even-strength.
It will be interesting if any players can accidentally avoid receiving their QO from their teams and become UFA's. Can you imagine if Weber in Nashville became a UFA?

He's the guy that wants the draft to be abolished and the salary cap removed. Just ignore him.

Mouser already covered the two-way QO - a player may get a two-way QO if they:

Canes have the cap room to spare and need to upgrade their forward ranks. Raymond is young enough to fit long term, but if they offer him 1 year n he doesn't work out, its a small gamble for Carolina.
Whereas Vancouver adds another blueliner to our depth chart, giving Tanev more reason to keep improving, along with more insurance for the inevitable Salo retiring.

Exactly what has Franson proved to be worth anything more than a project prospect in a different position?
Last summer Preds fans were gladly willing to sell Franson off for Raymond. Than he was a throw in as a sweetener to take on Lombo's cap hit for a pure cap dump in Lebda.
If Franson is worth a late 1st/high 2nd, than Ballard must be worth more, since he's signed, proven and a much better skater.

No way I'd do Raymond for McBain straight up. McBain is more valuable, IMO.
Id like to see wolski resigned for short term 1 or 2 years, but not for what hes making now. 2-2.5 and Id feel happy with the terms, plus i dont think theres much for him to gain by rejecting an offer like that
Consider that last summer needing a top 9 forward and with some cap space to spare the only thing Vancouver could get was Marco Sturm on a 1-year contract for $2.25m. Some fans always seem to want to have a whipping boy, and while Raymond has been less than spectacular this year he's shown enough with the team before that he'll get his offer. Unless Gillis thinks he can land a big UFA or something I'm sure we'll be hanging onto Raymond.
Though it'll never happen, it wouldn't break my heart to see Kyle Quincey go without a qualifying offer.
Given our cap status, I think he should be brought back for at least another season. It's not the easiest to come into a completely new system where he hasn't found his place yet. Once he settles in and gets some polishment, he could still be a useful for us. There's no way he can justify getting more than the QO though, and I guess he will be fine with that $ anyway. He was pretty happy to return to Detroit, so they'll work something out.
