So... here is my ideal, dream come true, never gonna happen offseason...
We lose tonight and end up with the #4 pick.
We win the lottery in a few days and end up taking Nail at the draft.
We fire Dan Terhaar and Mike Greenlay and somehow get Gary Thorne to do play-by-play alongside Wes Walz.
We ditch the red uniforms and go with the current thirds as our homes. We introduce a redesign on the original greens as our new thirds.
We sign Parise AND Suter as free agents.
We sign Lats and he comes to camp built like a bear and concussion free.
Would be one hell of a year next year if even a fraction of all that happened.

I don't think anything you just wished for will come true next year... Or anytime in the near future.

If we're going to score a goal I'd like it to be Seto. He needs one more to have 4 straight seasons of 20+ goals.

All this I agree with, except I like the red jersies... What's the problem with them?

Too Christmassy, too much red in the league already. Red isnt our primary color, etc.

A boat load of injuries means twice the chance of winning a jersey tonight. Course it also means getting one of a Houston Aeros' player.

If I don't win it, I'm buying it off of you. Mark that down.

Not at all...I've been very open of my love for the red sweater the moment they were announced back in 03-04....
Also, considering the red sweater has always sold extremely well, it's not going away any time soon.
I just wish we'd rework the road whites to match the style of the red.

I think the reds worked well as a third jersey... as the primary? Not so much...they've worn out their appeal with me. I liked them when they were announced, but they just dont feel right to me as a day to day jersey.

I prefer them over every other jersey we've ever had.

Also the #4 pick is off the table. **** you very much, Ducks and Flames. I hope the Flames remain mired in mediocrity from here until the NHL ceases to exist, and I hope the Ducks just collase out of the gate again next year.

Dude....seriously? Every single subject? I prefer the home team throwing their own colors in the face of the visitors...makes them more uncomfortable. White is neutral, thus it was the road team flashing their colors in the face of someone someone else's home.
I like the way it is now.
Avder, I think we must just be destined to disagree!

Avder, I think we must just be destined to disagree!
When home wears their colors its White vs Home colors every home game.
When home wears white it's new colors vs white every game. Much more variety for the fans to enjoy!
And intimidation is partially the fans job, a task that the crowd at the X fails miserably at year after year.

Am I too tired? Do I watch this game? Shall I go to sleep? Do the Wild lose? Will there be an overtime? Shootout? How high will the draft pick be? ..be sure to watch the next episode!

Just stay up. You're already up this late. You've suffered through this many games. You're in it for the long haul.
Go get something with caffeine.
