I would take a flyer on Boyes if I could get him on a cheap/short-term contract. I don't mind rolling the dice on those bottom 6 wingers if the risk is low.

I wasn't B-Rad's biggest fan and I always believed that his big 40g season was more the product of Kariya-Tkachuk than anything Boyes was doing, but having said that, he did have chemistry with Bergeron. I also think Julien has a way of getting the most out of his players, it worked with Pouliot, maybe he could get Boyes back to being a 55 point player.

I`d take Rolston back long before thinking about a guy who skates in mud and has done little in the production category for quite some time
