*@#% the Sharks

Not sure playing St.Louis was going to be any better than Vancouver.

My hatred for the Nucks will undoubtedly grow.

Kings choked both those games away and deserve 8th.

If I was Columbus I'd take our pick this year.

We must find a way to fool the defense and Quick into thinking the games against the Canucks are just regular season games. If we can do that, I like the chances.

This team can't play in pressure games. So basically, we are ********* in the playoffs. The Canucks are going to steamroll over us.

I think we can all agree though, knocking out the Ca*ucks would be feel amazing. And who knows, maybe we get a rematch with the sharks. Im past this and ready for the playoffs!
Sharks would have to survive the Blues and then Nashville or Detroit or Chicago and we would have to survive Vancouver and then Phoenix or Nashville or Detroit and I doubt either happens...the last two games' performance doesn't give me a lot of confidence either; with idiots like Stoll and Greene taking undisciplined penalties as they did gives me the willies.

No confidence in this team to make it far. That was terrible. To start a period like that is inexcusable. I'm saying it now:

We can forget Quick winning the Vezina. He's got a lot of pressure on him now because he's starting to develop that Marty Turco reputation. Good regular season goalie and craps the bed during crunch time.

I feel like during the second intermission, they saw the score for the blues and canucks game and decided they rather vs the nucks.

That works great until we go to games 3 & 4...

The Kings crumble under pressure in meaningful games in April every time. It's 3 seasons running now. This team hasn't learned anything at all from their playoff "experiences."

So people here thought the Kings had a good chance at going deep this playoffs, suddenly 3 bad bounces off Kings players and into the net, and the entire universe has turned upside down and the kings now suck?

lol. Silver lining is when Kings, Sharks, Coyotes and Nashville all win first round, we get PHX round 2

Mods, can we have a single thread to discuss Canucks and their fans without getting an infraction? We promise to relegate our hatred to that thread.

The main board has a thread listing all the teams biggest weaknesses. One person listed the Kings as having an inability to win big games. And it's pretty much true.
And every game from here on out is a big game.

I am one of little faith. Maybe I'll change my mind in the morning.

That said, this happening again from the same guys would show that we have major issues with the team's construction.

It's hard being a Kings fan lately. Very disappointing result against these smug cheating pieces of **** heading into the playoffs. Oh well.

Greene and Stoll are such wastes of space. They should have to travel to Vancouver on foot.

Not thrilled we are up against the Canucks first. Would have rather seen SJ elimanate them as I am not confident we can. Sorry to be Dooney downer

No way the Kings are getting past Vancouver, regardless how emotional and pissed off I am right now, that's just a pure fact.

To say the Kings are more than able to beat Vancouver is wishful thinking.

They blew both games, they'll have to deal with it. ****ing sucks nonetheless. I hope SJ gets taken care of quickly, and we actually show some fight against Vancouver. PK, defense and Quick degrading is not a good way to go out.

So refs swallowing whistle with two minutes left is good for what???????

Not that those no calls where questionable,, I'm disgusted with the refs nowadays and yes Kings where unlucky and so was Quick.

He was screened on Boyle's first one and ****ing lucky deflection on the second one and the third another deflection. Last one I'm not 100% sure about.

We need Carter back.
