thanks for explaining things

that sucks , another reason i hate shootouts

Will the situation be any clearer after the Coyotes and Blues 5:00 games? Or will things still be uncertain until the Canucks and Sharks games at 7:00?

If Phoenix wins, then it'll settle the PHX vs CHI matchup. If they lose things will still be way up in the air.

rather face phoenix than LA or san jose... LA will be a tight series with many 1-0 or 2-1 games... SJ will be a physical series, gonna have alot of bang up bodies in round 2 if advance.. ..

I wanted Phoenix as well, don't think that will happen now.

I guess if the Coyotes lost and LA beats SJ in overtime they would be our opponent though?

No. We can still slide to 2nd in the West if we lost in regulation and St. Louis wins, so it's not a sure thing.

I want Sharks. Quick can steal a series if he gets hot.

I want the Kings. Too many Sharks can take their game to another level. The Kings are playing as good as they can - and it's not especially good.

I just hope the Kings aren't as dirty as they were tonight otherwise a few Canucks are getting injured in Round 1.

Bandwagon Sabres fan here in peace. Looks like your facing LA, best possible opponent IMO. At least unless all of LA stars show up, which they won't. Quick could steal a few however. Let's Do THIS! If our cousins get a cup, maybe our turn will be next! NOT!

Trust me, you should be happy with LA. They can't score even with Carter and Quick might be good but their dmen are just awful. Greene, Scuderi, Doughty...these guys have all gone downhill fast. This series would be the only sweep I would feel bold enough to predict (probably 5 or 6 games but I can see a sweep happening).

sweep is way too early. but maybe 5 to 6 games tops. hard-hitting nucks speed will eat the la's defense.

Schedule will be weird. Staples is booked the 13-17th for basketball and concerts the 19th and 20th. Rogers free other than the 20th and 21st (Coldplay).

I'll take the over.

It's really amazing how quickly the Canucks cleaned up their act in regards to diving, yet nobody cares. Kinduv like when a newspaper makes a terrible mistake, the correction will appear in small print on the back page but the initial incorrect story was front page headline news.

Thank you for the good vibes man. LA was NOT my first choice, Quick is way too damn scary for my liking. It's going to be a tough series, but it is rare for any series in the playoffs to be 'easy'. In order to win the ultimate prize, we will have to beat 4 good teams.

I really wanted San Jose. Even made a new avatar this morning with the assumption we'd get them. Not pleased about getting LA. Oh well. San Jose in round two hopefully? GO CANUCKS!!
