This 100%. The Kings are going to hit way harder than the Sharks would but the Kings do struggle to score I have no issue with this, ad Henrik does have good series vs the Kings.

Lets hope the Canucks PK won't be as bad as 2010.

Don't forget Broseph Carter... guy can flat out snipe goalies and if he starts finding success against Luongo, oh boy.

Isn't he hurt?

Not really scared of Carter, his game is suited to the regular season in the eastern conference.

I thought Carter was the definition of anti clutch
I think hes injured though... If hes not, I hope he drags Richards' play down with him

Just incase anyone would like to be entertained between now and the playoffs... Brian Burke will be holding his annual season ending press conference this upcoming Tuesday. Some of the other stars will include Damian Cox and Steven Simmons. It should make for fantastic tv and many great quotes.

Will his face be really red or just red?

Will his tie be done up or not?

We he be angry and yell?

Will he attack/insult members of the media?

How many times will he contradict his previous statements?

This is what the fine people of Toronto have to look forward to while we wait for the playoffs to begin.

Will he blame the entire season on the goaltending or admit his defensive is also ****?

I think the odds are higher he blames the meltdown on the tough, mean Toronto media, which has the audacity to rip a team that has missed the playoffs 7 years in a row.

Some other quotes I expect:

''I believe in James Reimer''

''Mike Komisarek is an NHL defenseman''

''Luke Schenn is a smart hockey player''

''I would sign Tim Connolly all over again if I had the chance''

''Dion Phaneuf is a top 5 captain in the NHL and does not have a disability and or speech impediment''

"Dion Phaneuf is the best captain in the nhl, if it hadn't been for the media expecting this team to not meltdown we would have been fine"

Kings fans knocking our forward depth in the SCF forum.

Specifically knocking Higgins, even though his stat line is better than their #2 centers. For all the flack kesler has received, when compared to Richards he has been much better and had injury circumstances that lead to his point drop.

Richards is just a cull.

The Oilers have a "watching the Canucks fail" thread at least the Bruins have something real to talk about. Who cares if they don't want Luo half of our fans don't want him. Atleast they won a cup and have a reason to not want him.

Speaking of the Bruins, apparently Tim Thomas has a new mask backplate for the playoffs (courtesy Michael Landsberg on Twitter):

Oh Tim, never change. I hope Washington fans troll the hell out of him with Obama posters and chants, or something.

Resistance to tyrants is obedience to the biggest tyrant of them all.

We should get #timthomaslogic trending on twitter.

"Huh. I searched "fail" and it took me straight to the Oilers board." We'll see if it stays. I didn't break any rules, but.....

They should just delete the entire Oilers board and turn it into the Golf forum.
