Their team just won the division and there are entire unsold rows at Jobing.com Arena for the playoffs. Seriously, **** everything about this.
It's not the team's fault, though. They deserve to be happy and they deserve more fans.

Judging by my Nordiques Nation sign & jersey I had going down in the Yotes end during warmups, I think it's safe to say I know that.

But, yeah, I'm actually kind of assuming it will go up before the first playoff game (instead of the traditional home opener raising) for exactly that reason.

Not pissed at the players. Pissed at Arizona for wasting a ****ing division championship on an empty arena. Damn shame we didn't end up outbidding PHX to move the Jets here in 1996, as was rumored. But then, the universe has never been interested in being "fair."

Well, it's the playoffs, so they'll show up now.

Again... literally entire rows remain unsold for game 1. 100+ seats empty in single sections alone.

Everyone looked bad. Didn't notice any gaffes by him that were as horrible as Fredheim's on the first goal, but really I didn't have a basis for comparison.

My take...

http://www.stateofhockeynews.com/201...erteddogs.html

Is it ok to say I'm relieved now. Relieved to not have to write about games like that anymore. Wow. Fredheim should feel lucky he got 3 NHL games; his turnover along the boards was pathetic and weak. I have a complete game recap and full Houston Aeros update as well as prospect reports on Coyle, Phillips, Graovac, Brodin and Lucia. Enjoy!
