Voynov's development let the Kings trade Jack Johnson.

Hickey's been a huge disappointment,passed on the depth chart by other blueline prospects.Kings fans try to spin it that their depth is so great and that's why Hickey is still not an nhl regular,but if Hickey had developed the way the Kings scouts expected him to,he'd be a key part of LA's blueline.Instead he's shuffled back and forth between the AHL and NHL clubs.
