Too much for HFBoards do you think? Ah well if that's the case I might stick with the double minors one

ok avy makers I have a technical question. I downloaded Gimp and was attempting to resize my avy to sponsor size. I got it the correct size but of course the crispness of the avy was shot. Is this something that is as simple as resizing the gif properly or do I need to do something else? I changed itto 150x150 and resolution 96 but obviously there is more to it.

My mistake! I'll make a larger one.
Gimp is a great program, but enlarging will degrade the quality.
back in a few...

You didn't have to do that.
I'm just trying to learn the program so that maybe sometime I can help out or heaven forbid make my own avy.

Start large and reduce size, never the opposite, you get a grainy look.
I use layers, I could have done this using Inkscape for the card parts ( vector graphics ) and gimp to put the different pieces together as layers, that way it is easy to just swap out the layer(s) you want different. It's a little harder in Gimp for animations.

Be careful how you resize the graphics as well. Some programs have different options for this.

Well - I suppose not... You know - unless you're Tyler Seguin or Brad Marchand.

I am sorry I am late to the game. I usually like to get one up before the playoffs begin. Can I get a good Lucic one with these pictures:
Feel free to use whatever creativity you can with them. The more crazy/animated the better.
Many thanks in advance!
